House UKR V2 is designed around the idea that comfort doesn’t depend on size, but on proportion, light, and fluidity. The plan includes three generous bedrooms, a bright open living area, and a large terrace that visually expands the space beyond its physical limits.
Large glass openings flood the interiors with natural light, while the seamless transition between indoor and outdoor areas creates the feeling of openness typical of much larger homes. The flat roof and minimalist façade, accented by natural textures and warm lighting, enhance the home’s modern Mediterranean charm.
