✨️ Alchemizing long held guilt by facing the truth head on. And no truth huts harsh than when it's from someone you love. Especially..... your child. ✨️
I had a heart to heart moment with my daughter today. Together, we continue to learn this thing called life and heal through generational traumas.
When I divorced, the idea of letting anyone near her that would hurt her was a strong fear of mine After all, her own father had been careless enough to nearly hit her coming for me..... I wanted more than anything to not be alone, but her safety always mattered more.
For the last 13-14 years, I've held a lot of guilt for not having had a solid father figure for her. So.... today, I decided it was time to heal that wound.
