Official final list of "Phil Jackson Contenders" : Thunder, Cavs, Celtics
There was a chance that a few more teams could join the club, but the Nuggets, Knicks, and Grizzlies all lost their 20th game in the last 24 hours. As such, this is the final list of teams that would be considered "title contenders" by Phil Jackson.
ETA: For reference, since the introduction of the 3-point line in 1979-80, only 4 teams have won the title in a 60+ game season and failed to hit this mark: 2021 Bucks, 2006 Heat (30-20, but then went on a run that went through 40-20), 2004 Pistons, and the 1995 Rockets.
