my 6yo is suddenly obsessed with Prime drinks and i don't know what to give him instead
my son just started 1st grade and apparently all the older kids are drinking Prime hydration drinks. he keeps begging me to buy them for his lunchbox.
i looked at the ingredients and the amount of artificial sweeteners and weird stuff in there is insane. i absolutely refuse to buy it, but he feels left out at lunch. has anyone found a cool drink alternative that actually has some nutritional value and isn't garbage?
