Unable to locate this Ukrainian research paper by A. Akheizer , can anyone help?
I have been looking for this paper, "A. Akhieser, J. Phys. (U.S.S.R.) 1, 277 (1939)"
for almost a month, contaced people from Moscow university, even they couldnt find it, does anyone have it ? Would be a huge help.
