Asking people to drive your kids places
This is kind of a vent but also I was wondering if anyone else goes through this.
We live in a rural area, the bus stop is far away so even if kids take the bus to school someone has to drive them to the bus stop. My husband WFH and drives our kids to and from school and extra curricular activities.
I’ve noticed some parents only befriend us to eventually ask us to drive their kids either to the bus stop , to school or to cheer or soccer practice.
I’m not saying once in a blue if they have an emergency , which would have been completely fine. Everyday!! They think they’re entitled to it because we live close and we drive anyway, so why not take their kid along? Mind you, the women who do this don’t work so the reason why they can’t drive their kid themselves is….. too inconvenient for them maybe?
Their kids are usually super rude, mean to my kids or sick all the time. When we tell them no, it’s like we are the bad ones.
So I was wondering if anyone else goes through this problem?

yeah, many people go through that issue. and the solution is to learn how to properly pronounce "go fuck yourself"
