I am really bad at pcs, please help me upgrade my PC!!
Hello! I would love some help with all this stuff with my pc. I got it gifted in 2021, so it is 5 years old and I use it pretty frequently (if that matters). I love to play some games with my friends, and I noticed that my pc is getting a bit rusty, which I never noticed before. Should I change something?
My RAM is 16gb 2400mhz,
my processor is Intel Core i5 9500 3.00GHz,
I have a video card (NVDIA GeForce GTX 1660 super (6gb)
I specifically noticed that my ram is getting overwhelmed when I host a server in game, it gets to 95% if I do something big there. Otherwise I don’t really have problems with any games I play if I don’t host a server. I don’t need a big change, but getting extra 6gb would probably fix my problem?? If so which should I buy? What should I change to make my performance more optimal? Should I buy more ram, or get another video card? I am a rookie in this stuff, and I have a medium budget (preferably not more than 300-400€, if possible, otherwise just tell me how much I need to fix this ;(.
