I’m looking for opinions on the best 2026 Mini excavator just under 25hp to avoid emissions for better reliability. I’m looking for the best balance between reliability, ability to hold resale value, least/cheapest maintenance, and of course be performant enough for a rental fleet. Any opinion is appreciated.
