Found this 1997 "Christmas in Bohemia" cover featuring the Bohemian owl. Am I overthinking it, or is this genuinely unusual? Does anyone know the history behind this artwork?
came across this cover from a 1997 publication called *Christmas in Bohemia*. It shows the Bohemian Club's owl surrounding Santa and several children, with the text "come as children... little children..."
I know the owl is the Bohemian Club's symbol, but the artwork struck me as pretty strange. Is there a known meaning behind this design, or is it just stylized Christmas artwork? Interested in historical context as well as different interpretations.
