design theory boiled down to 6 main approaches
been thinking about this for while and i think every modern design falls under one of these categories:
1. curvy/organic stuff
2. maximalist scottish style
3. that german gestalt perception thing (you know the one with impossible long name)
4. childlike/playful aesthetic
5. standard conventional design
6. machine generated
everything we see today is basically variation of these approaches. spent lot of time looking at design pieces in my antique shop and even old stuff follows similar patterns, just different execution
