I feel like whenever i talk i say a lot of words but i don't make it clear what i wanna say.
Basically whenever i (M18) talk it is always like i am giving a speech like i need 15 mins to say what i am thinking and sometimes even in that the word doen't get across to the other person, i think this is basically over explanation where i try to say everything i think so that the other person understands me completely but in the process i mess it up. So can anyone tell me how to compress these thoughts and get a clear word across to whomever i am talking to.
