Just like there's bad landlords there bad tenants but bad tenants get a pass
As someone who started working in property management, I can honestly say bad tenants out number bad landlords. Yes, theres large corps buying homes theyshouldn'tt be buying. Yes, I know there's terrible slumlords and that's why there's tenant protective rights. Properties I manage are up to code and are serviced when anything breaks. But tenants don't understand what renting means. I grew up low income so I understand circumstances. But not paying because x excuse is not something your landlord has to take to account. If you sign a lease you're saying you're aware payments on this month is month when you're supposed to pay then don't make me the bad guy when you don't have your priorities in order. My business is not your business and visa versa. I can go deeper into this and have no issue answering questions. This is just the surface. #conversation source
