What if you are capable of more?
As a coach, I have learned to see people differently.
When I look at someone, I do not see their bank account, mistakes, struggles, accomplishments, or the labels the world has placed on them.
I see potential.
I see the person underneath everything they have experienced. The person they could become if they stopped allowing their past to determine their future.
I see their True Self.
That version of them who is grateful, compassionate, empathetic, forgiving, and strong enough to establish healthy boundaries. The person willing to create meaningful goals and become responsible for the life they are building.
The interesting part is that I can usually see that person long before they can.
Fear gets in the way.
Fear of judgment. Fear of failure. Fear of embarrassment. Fear of not being enough.
But these are mental fears. They may create very real emotions, but they are not physical threats. You do not have to eliminate them before moving forward.
You have to believe there is more within you.
Not because you have already proven what you are capable of, but because belief changes what you are willing to attempt.
When you believe your potential is greater than your current circumstances, you take different actions. You recover faster. You challenge yourself. You stop allowing your current identity to define your future identity.
Maybe you cannot see your full potential yet.
That is okay.
Believe enough to take the next action.
Sometimes you become the person you imagined simply because you finally gave yourself permission to try.
