What if you are capable of more?

As a coach, I have learned to see people differently.

When I look at someone, I do not see their bank account, mistakes, struggles, accomplishments, or the labels the world has placed on them.

I see potential.

I see the person underneath everything they have experienced. The person they could become if they stopped allowing their past to determine their future.

I see their True Self.

That version of them who is grateful, compassionate, empathetic, forgiving, and strong enough to establish healthy boundaries. The person willing to create meaningful goals and become responsible for the life they are building.

The interesting part is that I can usually see that person long before they can.

Fear gets in the way.

Fear of judgment. Fear of failure. Fear of embarrassment. Fear of not being enough.

But these are mental fears. They may create very real emotions, but they are not physical threats. You do not have to eliminate them before moving forward.

You have to believe there is more within you.

Not because you have already proven what you are capable of, but because belief changes what you are willing to attempt.

When you believe your potential is greater than your current circumstances, you take different actions. You recover faster. You challenge yourself. You stop allowing your current identity to define your future identity.

Maybe you cannot see your full potential yet.

That is okay.

Believe enough to take the next action.

Sometimes you become the person you imagined simply because you finally gave yourself permission to try.

Do you suffer from regret?

Regret doesn’t usually show up because you failed. It shows up because you played it safe. Because you silenced your voice. Because you told yourself, “Maybe later,” one too many times.

And now, later has passed.

The truth is, most people aren’t weighed down by the mistakes they made. They’re crushed by the chances they never took. The dream they talked themselves out of. The relationship they didn’t fight for. The path they knew was calling but chose to ignore because it wasn’t comfortable, guaranteed, or “safe.”

But here’s the reality—you weren’t born for safe. You were born for significance. And significance doesn’t come from comfort. It comes from courage. The courage to take the risk. To say the thing. To leap, even when fear is screaming at you to freeze.

Rejection? Failure? They sting. But they pass. Regret? That sticks. That whispers in the quiet moments, “You could’ve been more.”

You already have the potential. What’s missing isn’t ability—it’s action. You don’t need to be perfect. You need to be willing. Willing to be seen. Willing to fall. Willing to rise again.

So what are you waiting for? The “right” time? That doesn’t exist. Now is your time.

Don’t let your life be defined by what you didn’t do. Let it be shaped by what you were bold enough to try.

Take the shot. Say the words. Chase the dream. Live with purpose—not with regret.

If this message spoke to you or something within it resonated, please chalk out my book “FEARFUL to FEARLESS”. It’s ideas have help many people around the world to take that next scary step to be awesome.

What are you owed?

Imagine waking up one morning, going about your routine, driving down roads you’ve traveled hundreds of times—only to have your life nearly taken from you in an instant. That’s exactly what happened to one man in 1994. A routine drive turned into a near-fatal crash. When he regained consciousness, a police officer told him, “You don’t know how lucky you are. Ninety-five percent of the time, people don’t survive accidents like this.” Broken bones, internal bleeding—he was barely hanging on. But he did survive. And in that moment, as he lay immobilized in a hospital bed, one question changed everything for him: Why was I spared? What will I do with this second chance?

Here’s the thing—you don’t need a near-death experience to wake up to the preciousness of life. You don’t have to wait for tragedy to recognize that every day you wake up is a gift. Right now, in this moment, you are living on borrowed time. None of us control when the buzzer sounds. But we do have influence over how we spend the time we’ve been given.

So ask yourself—if today was your last, would you be content with how you’ve lived? Or have you been waiting for something, assuming tomorrow is promised? Stop waiting. Stop living reactively. Take ownership of the moments you have. When you go to bed tonight, don’t just sleep—say to yourself, I have lived. Then wake up tomorrow and make every second count.

If this reached you or there was something that truly resonated with you, please like and share in hopes this will maybe reach someone that it could help.
