Redwood Fence - need help with finish
I am in CALIFORNIA, which limits all kinds of paints, stains. I am NO expert, just a homeowner. I am in the process of replacing my 7ft tall redwood fence around our entire backyard. Our existing fence was redwood and we are replacing with same. Our original fence was painted a nice taupe color that blended in nicely with our landscaping. Also the paint coverage lasted over 10 years without having to be redone. Now that we are replacing the entire fence, we are thinking maybe we want to keep it more of the natural redwood look…BUT I don’t want to have annual maintenance. IS there a stain/sealer I can use that will provide years of coverage as our paint as done? I would rather pay for a quality product to last than have to redo every two or three years. Interested in the highest quality for the longest durability. Thank You. Please note, must be available for purchase, delivery to CA.
