Europe late August wild camping/isolated camping
Hi guys,
My partner and I are trying to figure out where we can go wild camp or at least easily get access to campgrounds without prior booking long ahead, since our trip it for the week before the last week of August.
We'd love to be able to go swim in lakes, rivers etc so northern Europe probably isn't it.
Southern Europe doesn't seem so accessible for that... Or so I read online.
Regardless we're thinking of Portugal/Spain. Montenegro, Slovenia etc are too expensive to fly to for us.
Would lovet to hear about your experiences please
