Need to understand few things
So, we have villa in dubai and recently our old tenants vacated the property and new tenants are coming in.
I am just trying to understand whats the norm here from landlord side as there are few things which are already met and yet they are insisting it happen again.
So old tenants painted the house and got the house deep cleaned and we did visit the house it was spotless clean but new tenants are insisting that it should be cleaned again because they dont trust previous tenants. They also want us to get the tank cleaned it is a fairly new house and very well maintained. They want us AC gas refiled (it works fine there was no issue I have checked it myself) and there many other requests now I am a little confused are these requests fair and common in dubai.
Please dont give hate comments I am just trying to understand how things work i dubai I am not a local there its investor unit. So, trying to understand whats fair and whats unfair
