To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee is one of my favorite books, and this is the paragraph I love the most:
“You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view… until you climb into his skin and walk around in it.”
This line always reminds me to be more understanding, even when it’s hard. Everyone is going through something, and sometimes all we need to do is pause and try to see things from their side. It’s a simple thought, but it can change the way we treat people. And I think that’s something the world needs more of.
