Any Advice

I am at the point to giving up.

The birds will not stay out of my tomatoes...I have put up a fake owl, Reflector Strips, a Scare Crow, and I thought about the spike strips, I just have no place to put them. Do any of you have any tips that work that will keep these buggers from pecking and eating my tomatoes?
