#Earn challenge. The theme of the January challenge is #WinterHomestead . Before I proceed to the prompt, the concept of this entry is somehow part of my culture as a Filipino. In the Philippines, our traditional houses are named BAHAY KUBO; a traditional Filipino house built on stilts using local materials. The name comes from the Tagalog word báhay ("house") and kúbo ("hut").

I want to live in a house like that, it's a very peaceful place and a modern "Bahay kubo". As long as the appliances are complete, the weather is nice and there's wifi haha. Nice entry. Good luck. ☺️

I'm very impressed this looks like a winter resort people would pay a lot of money to visit! it looks very cozy and makes me wonder whats hidden in the lake haha. thank you for participating!

I thought of such when i crossed that activity. Thinking of how our own bahay kubo will be conducive and designed to fit for the winter season..Bamboo is a durable material that can withstand heat and rainy season so maybe it can also withstand the snow.. Bamboo can still be used as exterior design and bricks as the real frame of the house to minimize the cold temp. interiors should be accentuated with bamboo pieces too. Awesome ! Just an insight though. I like your input bunso..A true archi..
