What games have you played several times, enjoyed, but have never beaten?
I'll start with Hollow Knight and Kung-Fu for NES. Just can't beat those games no matter how hard I try. Honorable mention goes to Mertoid Prime but I finally just beat it after 3 full runs through that game.
Edit I meant Metroid Dread not Prime. Prime was very fun and beatable
