My kind of brunch—a divine serving of bread and muesli! The first time I heard of muesli was when I stumbled upon an article about this super food in the 1980s issue of Reader's Digest, which a friend gave me so that I would have something to read and not get bored while stationed for a 24-hour shift on a mountain outpost way back in my rookie days. I got interested in making some as I figured out that, due to its nutritious characteristics, the food is an ideal meal to be prepared each time I am on fieldwork. I was so glad that this recipe was also included in the hotel where I stayed during the Philippine Blockchain Week event. #brunch #muesli #vegan #healthyfood
