Hope and positivity are everything in hard times. When life feels heavy, hope gives us strength to move forward. Without hope, we feel lost. With hope, we feel strong.

I can spread peace by being kind in my words, helping people when I can, and avoiding arguments. Even small good actions
can make a big difference.
