Deep south USA road trip tips & suggestions
Hi all! I (24f) from Alberta, Canada, have 2 weeks off this August and really wanna road trip through the deep south. I want to do Savannah, New Orleans, Austin, and Dallas. But ive never been that south in the US and am looking for tips & suggestions.

Is it safe for me to road trip alone?
Where should I stop in between each city?
Is each city worth a visit and how long should i spend in each?

Ive always been intrigued by the landscape down there, and the history. But ive also been told alberta isnt that different than the south. So what are your thoughts?
