In social work, Iβve learned that people are not defined by their struggles, but by their courage to keep going despite them. Every conversation, every moment of listening, carries the power to remind someone that they matter.
There are days when the work is heavy, but even then, I witness strength in places others might overlook, in a decision to try again, in a quiet βthank you,β in a step forward that no one else may notice.
Through my eyes, progress is not always fast or perfect, it is built gently, through patience, compassion, and presence.
And that is what keeps me going, the belief that every person holds the ability to rebuild, and that even the smallest support can help light the way forward. πΏ
