I’m honestly stuck with my packaging design and could really use some outside perspective.

I’m working on a small product line focused on handmade organic teas, herbs, spices, and wild botanicals. So its a very small startup I am building since few years but still need advice and guidance from professionals. So
The direction I have in mind is something minimal, earthy, natural and premium but this is where I’m completely confused.
I can’t decide whether I should take the brand towards:
Modern minimalist
Classic / heritage
Rustic / artisanal
Botanical / naturalist
Something slightly mythical or rooted in ancient traditions
I’ve been collecting references from Pinterest, premium coffee packaging, tea brands, old botanical illustrations, handmade products, etc. At this point I probably have too many ideas rather than too few.
The problem is that I don’t want the packaging to look like another generic “organic tea” brand with leaves, beige paper and a random botanical illustration.
I want it to feel Real, Authentic, traceable, premium, authentic and memorable, while still communicating that the products are handmade and connected to nature.
So I’m hoping someone here can understand this particular design struggle:
How do you choose a visual direction when you have too many references and too many ideas in your head?
If you work in packaging/branding, or you’ve gone through a similar process, I’d genuinely appreciate your thoughts.
Even criticism is welcome.
And yo! I’m currently at the “staring at 30 Pinterest boards and still having no idea what to do” stage\*\*.\*\*
Would love to hear what visual direction you think would work for a product like this modern, heritage, botanical, mythical, or something completely different.
Any ideas, references, or advice are very welcome.
