NWS Mobile Site Decommissioning, Effective June 26, 2024
I just saw this morning that the low-bandwidth jewel of the internet, mobile.weather.gov , will be scrapped in 3 weeks from now.
For idk how long it has been an amazing resource when mobile data isnt available at full strength. Apparently they need the developers to work on nws improvements (?)

(UTC), the NWS Mobile site at:
https://mobile.weather.gov
will be decommissioned and redirected to weather.gov in order to focus NWS
resources on redesigning weather.gov to improve its value and user
experience, which will include full mobile accessibility
