🔎 My Investigation
1️⃣ My main suspect is B — the Accountant, because their movement toward the printer matches the timeline closely.
2️⃣ The strongest clue is the printer log showing a document printed at 4:12 PM.
3️⃣ B says they went to the printer at 4:10 PM, so this statement needs to be verified.
4️⃣ The messenger's document was already signed at 4:05 PM, making their reason for staying longer less convincing.
5️⃣ The manager's office door being open at 4:20 PM also needs to be checked against the manager's movements.
6️⃣ Since the drawer was not damaged, the cash box was most likely taken using the available key.
7️⃣ My theory is that someone used the known key location while creating a normal-looking reason to move around the office.
8️⃣ I would investigate the key's location, CCTV footage, printer records and fingerprints around the drawer next.
9️⃣ I would also verify exactly who was near the drawer between 4:00 and 4:30 PM.
