Loved seeing this traditional sight in China. All this corn is just hanging out, getting a good sun tan! Farmers do this to get it nice and dry for storage. It’s basically winter food—packed with carbs and energy to feed their livestock, like the cows and pigs, when the weather gets cold.

Good Afternoon! It's different from popcorn, though we don't have field corn here. We only have sweet corn and a pop corn.
