Goreisan Altitude Sickness Remedy
This might be a long shot but has anyone had experience taking Goreisan for hiking in high altitudes? I am based in Japan and some people swear by it but Ive never tried. I know Diamox is the go to for altitude sickness but maybe someone has tried. Here is a photo of the med sold OTC. Japanese Hikers maybe you guys have recommendations?
I was thinking of taking this instead of Diamox for my hike at Mt Kitadake this month. Peak is at around 3200 meters.
