I really appreciate posts that include pictures of our members. My own tipping policy is that I only tip if someone includes a picture of themselves in their post. I still react to other posts, but if you want a tip, you must have yourself included in the visual of your post for me to consider tipping.
Perhaps posts should be rewarded if the post includes an image of themselves....maybe a Millix bonus of some sort. If posts are more personalized than just images off the internet or quotes or greetings, it would be much more interesting.
