Finishing plywood for kitchenette
I'm building a small kitchenette for my van, using 12mm plywood. I'm new to woodworking and not sure what wood it is exactly, but it's just called "hardwood" here.
The kitchenette will include a worksurface and some storage area, which would all potentially get exposed to liquids/oils/food.
I'd like to know what type of finish I should apply to the plywood to make it both foodsafe and to preserve the wood.
