Insurance?
Bought 20 acres and plan on developing in next 3-5 years. Currently has a 30x30 pole barn, power, and natural gas well. Been shopping insurance policies to cover basic liability (we're not always there so fear is someone will get bright ideas) and the barn if something were to happen. Running into problems finding a policy though since it is a land loan, not a mortgage. Does any have a company/policy they recommend?
