2 hrs exposure to airborne concrete dust with no mask
A month ago I had a massive exposure to airborne concrete dust when contractors dry cut concrete. I was walking around a poorly ventilated warehouse and breathed it in with no mask for 2 hours not knowing the dangers. After about 2 hours I could barely breathe and coughed for 2 weeks. Still cough if I exercise. Had crackling in my mouth that I took 2 weeks to wash out. Sore throat for a week. Still have tickly throat. And a slight sore chest. Got massive anxiety and started having panic attacks about developing acute silicosis. Has anyone else had this kind of exposure and been ok? I'm not a tradie.. I'm a 52 year old woman that works in a warehouse and had no idea of the dangers.
