# Irrefutable facts of nature

# Dissatisfaction
* In *expecting* **no** lack of satisfaction, you are consciously planning to suffer tenfold. * It is difficult to find happiness within oneself, but it is impossible to find it elsewhere. -Schopenhauer * You forget all of the positive in favor of *magnifying* to fix the negative, feeding back & refueling the want and resentment, rather than being grateful that it could be worse. * If you think you just need a bit more, very little is stopping you from needing another just a bit more. * Never lose ***clarity*** of the fundamental *reason* for your striving, nor the full *expenses* of them. * You want things under the impression you will still want them after you have them.
# Impermanence

# Conditioning/Indoctrination/Habits

# Mental Suffering
