Slow OPDS loading in Panels

Just curious if anyone experiences this and if there's a way to fix. I've use both Panels on iOS and CDisplayEX on Android to stream comics from my Kavita server. The problem is Panels loads pages slowly, while CDisplayEX does so instantly.
