How to insulate basement walls
This is a new construction in GA. the builder sealed the concrete wall from the exterior with some black sealant which they state stops majority of the moisture.
Anyway I need to insulate the Walls. on the concrete I know I can use foamular board and seal with tape. what should I do to the framed exterior walls and also the step down walls ( half framed and half concrete)?
