So I somehow tore the rotator cuff in my right shoulder a little over a month ago. When the shoulder first began aching I thought it was likely arthritis.

Wrong.

Little by little I began to realize that no, it wasn't arthritis, and figured out it was a slight tear in the rotator cuff. And I thought to myself "Well, okay, no biggie, I'll just have to take things easy with that arm for a bit and let it heal on it's own."

Turns out that usually doesn't work. And the pain has been getting progressively worse and worse, and is now to the point that it hurts all the time.

So yesterday (Tuesday) I contacted the clinic and made an appointment to see my doc on Thursday (tomorrow).

Being as the appointment is for 15:00 UTC and I have no clue how long it will take, there will be no 'That Vinyl Thing' tomorrow (Thursday Feb 19th).

I'm so sorry. 😔
It could be a partial muscle tear, unfortunately there's not much you can do about it. Maybe they'll give you painkillers, or a triangular bandage to rest and fix it in.
I had one in my biceps about 10 years ago.
It's very painful, it takes 2-3 months to go away.
I worked like that, with this pain.
