Played pickleball this last week in Scottsdale! Started off the tournament playing mens 4.5 with never met before Jeffrey Morris from Nashville. What a treat this was. We stepped on the court day 1 and immediately clicked! We had some epic points/games. Made it to the gold match but ran into some amazing competitors and took home 🥈. Next day, played with a good friend and fierce competitor - Laree Mancour. Again, we battled and battled and were 2 points short of making it to the gold match, but The duke and Laurie Burgett were too strong. We finished strong and took home 🥉. Today, feeling a bit tired had singles to play. Somehow, I was able to do some things right and got 🥇. What a great couple days - needed sunshine for a couple days, playing rec ball at Horizon Park and meeting a bunch of new friends!! Always a +
