Should I replace my 16 yo water heater?
I moved into my house 1.5 months ago, and my water heater is from 2010. I don't have any issues with it at all (hot water takes around 20-30 seconds to come, no signs of rust or leakage), and it's in an unfinished utility room, but outside of that room is completely finished and carpeted.
