What’s up with F&B pushing Qlub down our throats?
Am I the only one who refuses to use Qlub? 1.5% additional on my bill for what?
I would rather tip this to the waiters rather than a useless service which adds 0 value to the consumer
I mean if business want to automate certain elements of their process and save on human capital, that’s fine. But don’t pass on the charge to the customer
