35+, trying to stay in shape. Will a home pilates reformer keep me consistent?
I’m over 35 now and definitely feeling that use it or lose it reality kick in. Well... I’m honestly trying to stay in shape, keep my core strong, all that good stuff... but between work and life in general, getting to a studio consistently isn’t always possible
So, is it worth buying a pilates reformer? I’m leaning toward yes. It just seems like one of those things that makes it way easier to stay consistent like no commute, no scheduling gymnastics, just hop on and get a solid session in whenever I can carve out 20-30 minutes
Part of me wonders if I’m romanticizing all this stuff and it’ll just end up collecting dust in the bedroom which I barely visit. Meanwhile I feel like having it right there removes half the excuses. At this point, I’m less worried about going all out and more focused on staying consistent and keeping my body moving
Curious how it’s worked out for others... did a home reformer actually help you stick to a routine? #inspiration source
