I'm a multifamily Superintendent and I'm on my second project in a row that the assistant and field engineer are completely clueless. Is this just my company or is this across the board? I've worked for this company for over 10 years and when I was an assistant I could run a job if needed. My current assistant (with over 20 years more "experience" than me) can't do a single thing. My field engineer seems to follow in my assistants footsteps and is completely useless and unmotivated. I just don't understand being lazy and making no effort at work. Is this just the current market or is my company doing a terrible job with hiring over recent years? #industry source
