#CIND @amjadali g/studio #earn Q1- I think people can…

#CIND     #earn

Q1- I think people can better support those living with chronic illnesses by simply trying to understand that not all pain can be seen. Some people look okay outside but are already struggling just to get through the day. Friends, family, and even workplaces should learn how to listen without judging, be more patient, and stop making people feel guilty for needing rest. Small things like checking up on them, giving them time to recover, or just believing what they feel can already mean a lot.

Q2- One misunderstanding I really wish society would change is the belief that if a person “looks fine,” then they must be fine. A lot of people silently deal with pain, exhaustion, and health problems while still trying their best to function normally every day. I think many people have experienced being misunderstood at some point in life, especially when carrying struggles they do not openly talk about. That is why people should be more careful with their words and more compassionate toward others.

Q3- If I could send one message to someone living with a long-term condition like this, I would say: please do not feel bad for slowing down and taking care of yourself. Your struggles are valid even when others do not fully understand them. Rest is not weakness, and you do not have to prove your pain just to be believed. Keep going at your own pace and be kind to yourself because you are already doing your best every single day.
