Too may nail pops in new construction home?
I have a new construction townhome just under one year old, that has about 20-50 nail pops in each room. Most are at the top of walls near the junction with the ceiling, and many are oriented in a linear fashion (mostly horizontal, some vertical). Many are subtle bumbs and can only be seen with direct light, but some have cracked the paint.
Is this only cosmetic and still within the range of what to expect with settling, or is it something more concerning structurally? Also, I have my 11 month warranty inspection coming up and should I expect the builder to address all of them?
