New Testing! A silicone-based thermoplastic elastomer.
A lot of friends here enjoyed my last filament experiment, so today I’m back with another one.
Today’s material is a silicone-based thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), my friend provides those pellets.
It is non hygroscopic, highly elastic, and traditionally used in injection molding. But now, we can process it like TPU and turn it into filament for FDM 3D printing.
