Hi anyone bought during covid or below 2m but now the price has risen, and get the property valued by DLD Approved company that can be used for Golden Visa?

At least in the past year i saw transaction above 2m

I dont want to gamble paying 4000 valuation from DLD/Dubai Rest app and end up getting price what i paid back then
