Outswing exterior door

I have a 1910s home with very limited entry space at my street facing exterior door and was thinking of replacing the main and storm door with a single outswing door. I know I would need security hinges and good waterproofing all around. Are there any draw backs that I should consider? Not much I could really think would be a negative to doing such
