Proposed 5% California wealth tax on billionaires, sparks exodus of billionaires from the state.
I'm not exactly a billionaire, but if I was, I'd move without question.
I don't think that voters understand that most/many billionaires will never pay this tax, so what ends up happening is that extremely wealthy people instead spread/spend their money in other states.
