All of history...both human and biological....is one giant process of accelerating information processing
Data centers...AI...this rise of the Internet
The telephone, the telegraph, the printing press.....The written word
Stories around campfires for hundreds of thousands of years....
The first brain....which is an information processing organ.
The first multicellular body....which is many cells exchanging information to coordinate
The first cell....which of course came about due to the information-carrying capacity of DNA
Each of these appeared faster than the last....and led to the next
Does it all look like one process to anyone else?
